What we collect

White Peak Coaching collects the information you provide to power your coaching experience: account details (name, email), your assessment answers (age, sex, height, weight, goals, injuries, training history, lifestyle), training logs, daily recovery check-ins, food logs (including photos you submit for analysis), body measurements, messages you send within the platform, and — if you enable it — data synced from your devices such as sleep and steps.

How we use it

Your data is used for one purpose: delivering and improving your coaching. That includes generating your personalized training and nutrition guidance (portions of your data are processed by our AI provider to do this), showing your progress, and letting your assigned coach review your training. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Health-related data

Much of what you share with us relates to your health and fitness. White Peak Coaching is a fitness and performance platform — not a medical provider — and the data you share here is not medical-record data covered by HIPAA. We treat it with care regardless: it is stored with row-level access controls so only you, staff you are assigned to, and the systems that generate your coaching can access it. Nothing on this platform is medical advice; consult a physician before beginning any training or nutrition program.

Who can see your data

You; coaches the owner assigns to you (scoped to coaching-relevant data); the platform owner for support and quality purposes; and the service providers that run our infrastructure (database and authentication hosting, AI processing, and — if you subscribe — payment processing, where your card details are handled by the payment processor and never touch our servers). Content you post in community groups is visible to members of those groups.

Your controls

You can edit your profile and preferences in Settings, revoke your device-sync token at any time, and delete your account entirely — deletion permanently removes your account and associated data from our systems.
