Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the White Peak Coaching website and app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, together with our Training Services Agreement (which includes an assumption of risk and release of liability) and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

White Peak Coaching provides AI-assisted and coach-supported training, nutrition, and recovery guidance, education, and a member community. Features and plans may change over time.

3. Not medical advice

The platform provides fitness and general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Programs and nutrition targets are generated from the information you provide and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have injuries or medical conditions. You train at your own risk.

Nutrition targets, food database entries, and AI meal-photo analysis are estimates and can be inaccurate. They are not intended for people who are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or recovering from an eating disorder, and are not designed for growing athletes without a pediatrician's input; if any of those apply, work with a qualified professional instead.

4. Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or older. Athletes under 18 may use the service only through an account held by a parent or legal guardian who signs the Training Services Agreement on the minor's behalf. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information — your coaching is only as good as what you tell us.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and promo codes

Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Free trials and promotional codes end when stated and may be withdrawn for misuse. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Refund terms are in the Training Services Agreement.

6. Community conduct

Groups and messaging exist to support training. Harassment, spam, impersonation, hate speech, sexual content, and sharing others' private information are prohibited and grounds for removal without refund. Coaches and admins may remove content and accounts at their discretion.

7. Your content and data

You own the data and content you submit. You grant us a license to store, process (including with AI providers), and display it as needed to operate the service for you and your assigned staff. You represent that you have the right to submit it. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Our content

Programs, educational articles, videos, branding, and software are owned by White Peak Coaching or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal training, but may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

9. Third-party data

Food information comes from third-party databases (including USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts) and from AI analysis, and may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify anything important against package labels.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Peak Coaching is not liable for injuries, health outcomes, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will ask you to accept the new version before your next purchase. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
